Left pledges support for wiesehugel

"Klaus wiesehugel has drawn a clear dividing line; he deserves respect for that," riexinger told the "mitteldeutsche zeitung" (online edition), which is published in halle. "We were prepared to help pull the pin on agenda 2010."

The first thing to do is to reverse the reduction in pension levels, says riexinger. After that, the equal treatment of temporary workers and the reduction of short-time work for the unemployed are the most important factors. Wiesehugel, currently still chairman of IG bau, would certainly be accepted as labor minister, the left-wing leader stressed. "He does represent our positions."Accepting peer steinbruck as chancellor, on the other hand, is hardly possible.

Wiesehugel had told the "bild" newspaper (saturday) that as minister he wanted to put the agenda 2010 to the test. In the "passauer neue presse" (saturday), he now brought up the issue of suspending retirement at 67.

Lower hablach valley” pastoral area discusses possible merger

The realignment of the pastoral care areas (SB) of the catholic deaneries in the district of kronach is taking shape. Since the fall, a project team has been working on the "pastoral area 2019" with the task to explain the process of reorientation in the bishopric of bamberg for the SB "unteres hablachtal" to coordinate.
The project team discussed possible mergers in several working meetings. Finally a merger with the SB kronach turned out to be sensible. But what is the starting point for a realignment?? "Due to the development of personnel in the diocese of bamberg, a restructuring of the pastoral structure is necessary. Therefore, new pastoral areas are to be formed in which, if possible, a five-headed team will work together. As a result, about 45 of the existing 94 pastoral areas will have to be formed for the expected number of staff as of 2022", as far as archbishop ludwig schick in a pastoral word of 17. September.
According to this, a rural pastoral area should in the future comprise approximately 12,000 catholics and in the city 17,000 catholics. This meant that the two deaneries of teuschnitz and kronach would each form a new pastoral area.
With the consequences for the "lower hablach valley" SB the steering group met once again in the community room of the st.-st. John’s church in hablach. In principle, it is a question of maintaining pastoral life in the long term, with all its uniqueness and diversity, with fewer pastoral personnel.
Cooperation has already grown in recent years, he said. "We want to continue this good development intensively in the years 2017 to 2022", the meeting was a success. Annunciation and worship life, community and charity are to be shaped for the future. Here one sees commonalities with the SB kronach and through the spatial proximity also the possibility for an efficient cooperation. Already in january, at a parish meeting, the previous ideas for a merger were presented to the parishioners from the pastoral area "unteres hablachtal" presents.
Their feedback confirmed the steering group in its demand that, as before in the SB "unteres hablachtal", the following should be done, would like to stay together. "Under no circumstances do you want to be separated. People only want to join the SB kronach unitedly." This vote was also forwarded in this form to the so-called deanery team. This committee, under the leadership of regional advisor clemens grunbeck, has the task of comparing the votes of all four pastoral areas of the kronach deanery and sending a joint proposal for the reorganization to bamberg. There, all the proposals are sifted through and compared with the other regions in order to shape the diocese within the framework of the diocesan process "erzbistum mitgestalten to achieve a reorganization that is as satisfactory as possible for all parishes.

Scions awaken to new life

Scions awaken to new life

This year again, the traditional distribution of the pre-ordered noble rice took place at the reiser/fledermauskeller in ebersdorf. The reiser were distributed according to schedule to the fruit and horticulture associations as well as interested garden friends. The grafting course of the coburg district association for horticulture and land conservation e planned for the same day.V. Unfortunately had to be cancelled due to the current health situation.

Some of the fruit ordered came from the fruit orchard in einberg, which now has more than 80 varieties of pome and stone fruit, while others came from the cherry testing facility in hiltpoltstein.

The aim of the noble rice campaign is to preserve the diversity of varieties in the coburg region and to promote old, almost lost varieties such as "zuccalmaglio", "yellow cobblers", "blood bulb" or "borowinka" to let the northern part of upper franconia take up residence again. To the great regret of the variety lovers, the variety has decreased in comparison to earlier times, both in the home garden and in the open countryside.

Parish christmas with music

Parish Christmas with music

The thundorfer doreihnacht is history, now the thundorfer doreihnacht is coming up. It begins on sunday, 8. December, at 2 p.M. With an advent concert in the catholic church and ends with the advent cafe in the parish hall of the water castle. The concert will be performed by the local brass band under the direction of hans hulf.
One of the people who played a decisive role in the planning and organization of this parish christmas, as well as in its execution as an active musician, is thomas bretscher, chairman of the parish council. Even as a child, he participated in the advent afternoons, says bretscher.
Besides him, there are many other interesting characters who have rendered outstanding services to the brass band. One of them is paul braun, who has been playing for 41 years and is a cornerstone of the group as a flugelhorn player. Paul braun is also for years the score keeper and therefore the master of the score archive. "In this function, paul always highlights treasures of music", says thomas bretscher. Braun also rendered outstanding services to the brass band as vice chairman for a while. Above all, his colleagues appreciate the fact that in times of crisis he encourages the musicians to continue their commitment to music. The sentence he coined a few years ago is still valid today: "as long as there are at least two of us, I'll be there." And there are always at least two of them, because verena – one of his two daughters – is an active member of the brass band.

Returning member heribert rink
With heribert rink (53), an old "young musician" has been back since last year at. Heribert learned to play music as a teenager with hugo kloffel in 1973. After ten years of active music, the end came suddenly in 1983. Only after 30 years, to the summer of the last year, it has itched again. He took his tenor horn with the B-baritone voice out of the sinking again, in order to be active again from now on. "I'm really enjoying it again", he says. His daughter selina, who at twelve years old is the youngest in the band, is also part of the band. She started rehearsing six years ago and has been playing with the thundorf brass band for a year now.
Manfred schlechter has been playing his trombone in the chapel since 1969. During his working life, he had to miss many music rehearsals due to his job. "But now in retirement he is even more active", says chairman albrecht knotig, who is also proud to have a man like stefan meister in the association. Stefan has been the second conductor for many years and provides the musical support for the band. He is trombonist since january 1973 and treasurer of the association since "eternal times", like his colleague manfred schlechter.
The brass band thundorf wanted to take the visitors at the parish christmas for one hour into the world of music. "Musical highlights of all styles are offered", says albrecht knotig.
The band, whose duties include providing music for local events, festivals and celebrations, also places great emphasis on youth education and community outreach. At the parish christmas the band is conducted by hans hulf. At 76 years old, he is also the oldest member of the association. He already played as a professional musician in many orchestras and bands and conducts the thundorfer since 2004. The club maintains its own clubhouse and currently has 32 members, 27 of whom are active musicians.
After the concert, thomas bretscher is called upon again, this time in his capacity as parish council chairman. At the advent cafe in the parish hall, he gives a detailed annual report.

family minister giffey: educators should earn as much as elementary school teachers

This should be raised to the level of elementary school teachers, suggested the SPD politician in the "bild am sonntag" ahead of. "Daycare centers are educational institutions, she said. "And from my point of view, educators, including those who work full-time in after-school care, deserve to be paid in the same way as teachers who work in elementary schools, for example."

After all, it's about people "who work in education and lay the foundation for the future of our children and thus for the future of the federal republic", argued giffey. In addition, a training allowance for future educators would lead to more young people choosing this profession, she said. When asked who should pay for all this, the SPD politician replied: "it's up to everyone, the federal government and the states."

What do bus drivers, nurses and educators actually earn??

imf announces higher forecast for u.s. growth

"We see much more certainty for 2014," the head of the international monetary fund (imf) told nbc on sunday.

The central bank had announced on 18. December, the federal reserve announced that it would reduce its very expansive monetary policy somewhat from january by buying fewer bonds. This eliminates the major factors of uncertainty that the IMF had always warned about in the past.

The positive assessment of the u.S. Economy at the beginning of the week led to a buying mood on the german stock market and also to a friendly mood on the asian markets. On monday morning, the german stock index dax climbed to a new record high. The american dow jones also rose sharply at first.

Flood of candidates in bamberg overwhelms many

flood of candidates in bamberg overwhelms many

Frensdorf's mayor jakobus kotzner (CSU) looks forward to sunday's election with mixed feelings. He worries that there could be unprecedented lines at polling places in his community. In the rest of the region, too, there could be a state of emergency in front of the voting booth. The reason: the five (!) referendums on constitutional change are still virtually unknown just a few days before the election.

But there is no need for the perplexity that could creep up on the uninformed in the face of complicated legal accompanying texts: the decisions are hardly controversial and constitutional changes that have been approved by a large majority of the state parliament and on which the people now have the right to vote yes or no. Many will bury the additions to the constitution, which are supposed to demand equal living conditions in bavaria as well as voluntary work and provide for a debt brake for the budget.

Nevertheless, the confusion surrounding the referendums, which are overshadowed by the state elections, is symptomatic of an election fall that, despite all the promotional hype, is accompanied by a fair amount of disinformation. It's not just the visually unstoppable and record-breakingly coarse circle of candidates in the cityscape – it's also the still unknown voting district boundaries of three elections that simply overwhelm a large number of burgers. The current agony with the election can best be seen in the explosion in the number of brieahlwunschen. Christine feldbauer from the city of bamberg's public order office says that this year the applications are "just flying around the ears". Many people seem to want to make their decisions calmly, which is understandable, but comes at a price: "the cost of the double vote is immense", says feldbauer.
